Below are the minimum required certifications/documents for verification purposes before boarding-in:

You can access your InterLeukun account on any device. Just visit InterLeukin official website and type in your registered email and password.

Click forgot password on the login page and a reset password link will be sent to your registered email. If you still have trouble logging in after resetting your password, you may contact us directly and we will assist you with your concern.

The account suspension may happen temporarily if you failed to supply the correct username or password for a maximum of five attempts while trying to log on to your account. Temporary account suspension can be prevented by clicking the forgot password before reaching the maximum attempts. This way we can rule out if there are potentially malicious activities or attempts to breach account security.


Another reason for account suspension is when there are multiple violations committed by the user (e.g. delayed delivery on multiple occasions, abusive account users, delayed payments, etc.). The user will be notified through email or phone call in a considerable amount of time to resolve the issue prior to account suspension.

For first-time users, upon successful sign-up and completing all the necessary documentation, legalities, and verification processes, one of our representatives will schedule a one-on-one online tutorial at your most convenient time to explain the functionalities on how to use the platform efficiently. Just type in the name/keyword of the product you want to buy on the search bar and click enter. InterLeukin will show you all the available products with the same name/keywords that you are looking for. The products can be arranged/sorted based on the price range and category. Once you found the product that you are looking for click the Buy Now button to add it to the list of ordered items.

InterLeukin allows you to compare several products side by side for easy evaluation. You may also be able to download (as a pdf file) or print the product comparison table.

Similar to the traditional way of doing business, you will be able to negotiate with the prospected supplier with regards to the price discounts, payment options, delivery options, and minimum/maximum quantity order. The only difference now with InterLeukin is it’s fully digital, negotiations are traceable and documented, saves you unnecessary phone calls and most importantly, since it is online, the supplier can respond to your request even beyond office hours and at the comfort of your home.

Payment options will depend entirely on the preference set by the supplier (COD, 15 days, 30 days, etc.). Currently, manual collection is the only available payment method. However, once we integrate the online payment service provider, we will be able to securely accept payments online.

Currently, the supplier’s logistic capability is being utilized to deliver the products to your preferred/registered delivery address. Soon, InterLeukin will have its own logistic capability to help expedite the product delivery.

InterLeukin is equipped with a real-time tracking system that notifies you at every step of what’s happening to your orders.

Currently, there’s no option to modify your orders in the system once it’s confirmed by the supplier but you may send an email to support@interleukin.co so that we can notify the supplier and make the necessary adjustments. However, we would like to encourage you to double-check your order before approving it and sending it to the supplier. This will not only
